Conference Information
Registration
Please pre-register via our online form. Workshop registration will be open from 5 - 8 PM on April 15th (Sunday) at the Aspen Meadows Hotel.
Registration conference fee will be $450 payable at registration by cash
(exact change only), check (made payable to "Department of Physics"),
traveler's check, or credit card (Visa and MasterCard only).
The banquet charge will be $50/person.

The workshop will take place at the Aspen Meadows Resort from April 15 to 19, 2007.

Reservations need to be made at least 30 days before the conference is to start (the deadline is March 16th!) and attendees must identify themselves as attending the workshop "Aspen Workshop on Cosmic Ray Physics" in order to get the negotiated rate.
Those contacting Aspen Meadows within 30 days of the workshop may not be able to get a room
and are likely to have to pay a higher price for the room.
Prior to the 30 day cut-off, the guaranteed rate is:
- Single Occupancy $155/night, including breakfast and lunch
- Double Occupancy $96.50/night, including breakfast and lunch
Rates quoted above are non-commissionable, net rates, subject to tax, which is currently 9.6%.
Rooms may also be reserved for 3 days before and/or 3 days after the workshop at the same rate.

Workshop attendees should
fly to Eagle/Vail (airport code EGE) and take a shuttle bus to Aspen Meadows Resort.
Workshop Proceedings
It is anticipated that the workshop proceedings will be published in the
Journal of Physics: Conference Series.
