Reminder: Workshop attendees should contact Aspen Meadows Resort ASAP to make their own lodging reservations. The Aspen Meadows Resort has notified us that they prefer if we either fax in a room reservation using their Hotel Reservation Form (in either Word or PDF format) or make the reservation by phone: (800) 452-4240.

Reservations must be made before March 16th in order to get the negotiated rate.
